I am a virgin-and I have tried to have sex with my bf for several months but i cant, coz
it hurts too much! i read some posts here and noticed that many ppl suffer same prob. i liked the idea of using sth to
numb myself untill he's in, but all those local anaesthetics warn that they shouldnt be used on broken skin... obviously in 1st intercoure my hymen will be broken! but i still want to use one, as i'm really tired of this situation
any advice plz??
ps. sorry for posting this topic twice as i cant open the other1

Here's some help
First off, how much foreplay is there...oral sex, ect??? Even women who have been having sex for years and have had babies, still can't have sex until they are aroused, turned-on by foreplay. There is no way the penis will go in if you aren't aroused or aren't wet enough!!! You have to be very very aroused and wet because the vaginal walls expand in this state. Second, how much lube are you using??? You can never use too much lube. Get KY jelly or some oil based lube....I've also heard that coconut oil works really well.
Third make sure you are as relaxed as possible and not tense. Sex will only hurt if you are tense and you body is clamping up. Practice stretching yourself with fingers for a few weeks before you have sex. Practice with one finger and then two so that you stretch out the hymen. With a finger inserted, try clenching your P.C muscles...the muscles you use to stop urine when peeing. You use your vaginal walls to press in and then press out...You should know how to do this so that you can press out and make your vaginal walls as relaxed/open as possible.
If all else fails you could have vaginismus...a sexual disorder. Do a website search on it and you'll find lots of info about it.
